Do you help military families PCSing to Las Vegas?
Absolutely. I'm a retired Air Force major, and I've done the PCS shuffle myself. I help military families moving to Nellis AFB and Creech AFB plan the move, compare neighborhoods, and buy or rent off base.
Where should I live if I'm stationed at Nellis?
If a short commute matters most, start with Aliante in North Las Vegas. Centennial Hills gives you more space, Summerlin has the amenities, and Henderson works when schools and a quieter suburb matter more than drive time.
Where do Creech AFB folks usually live?
Creech has no on-base family housing and Indian Springs is a very small town, so most Creech members live in northwest Las Vegas, in areas like Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon and Tule Springs, and drive up US-95. I flew Reapers out of Creech, so I know that commute firsthand.
Can you help me buy a home with a VA loan?
Yes. I walk VA buyers through the whole search and purchase, and I can introduce you to a Mutual of Omaha loan officer I work with through KW Loan Plus. I'm not a lender, so your loan approval, rate and terms come from the lender you choose.
